Essence: Solange

Solange is definitely one of our generations fashions icons.  Her styling choices are innovative, fun, and always eye-catching.  Solange recently covered Essence magazine and opened up about motherhood. Solange's cover will be released in May. 

On "style icon": "A lot of times I don't feel very deserving of that title, because it is such a rotation of inspiration that I get from…so many people. I interpret my style the best way I can, and I feel so appreciative that it's celebrated on that level."

BET AWARDS! Last night was an epic night for Black Entertainment Television. Lots of hot performances and lots of stars. I LOVED IT!! The best highlight was that my girl, Beyonce was there in full affect and all eyes were on her. Gosh, I LOVE HER!! The Annual awards took place in sunny Los Angeles. 

Beyonce took home best dressed and lots of other AWARDS!!

Chris Brown of course took home Viewers Choice Award

Just FAB!! 

Mariah Carey also looked gorg, she is aging beautifully!!

LaLa was sparkling.
